Jennie's Cakes & Catering

It was a very busy week last week with a few weddings and lots of birthday cakes including my daughters who of course also had to take cuppies in to school.
I was glad to have a day off on Sunday especially as we had a 16 hour power cut on Saturday which meant I had to throw away food from the fridge and freezer, was not a happy bunny especially as it is not worth claiming on the house insurance. I know everyone says oh it will probably be ok, but I do not like to take the chance and give us all food poisoning.
Today I have just finished some kiddies half term cupcake classes and they all did a great job, my daughter managed to make more of a mess than anyone and then decided just to eat the popping candy instead of adding it to the cuppie lol.
Here is the moth orchid wedding cake from Valentines day, such a beautiful cake and the bride loved it, I hope you do too :)

I have been living in Wyboston for over 8 years and I love the peace and quiet. I live here with my husband of over 9 years Dan, and my little girl Lily. I love to cook and bake so after I was made redundant, and after a friend gave me the idea, I decided to start my own cake company from home, and I am loving it.
